The production scheduling level carries on the intelligence transmission and the resources sharing between the production scheduling level and the middle surveillance management level through the Ethernet. Between the middle surveillance management level and the site survey control level, the exchange of information is made through the annular Ethernet, thus achieving the sewage treatment automation.
